The Host

As a host, you’ll get to choose your theme and canvas size. With your help, we will come up with a custom painting that fits any theme! The price is $35 per guest.

The Pricing

Pricing is the same as the public classes with a minimum of 10 painters required to have an offsite party. We can host up to 30 people. If your group is smaller (9 or less), we have a set fee of $350, including a non-refundable $50.00 set-up and save-the-date fee.

Location

The party location is your choice: home, office, or the studio at Nobel House. We also have a list of restaurants that will host food and Alcohol with a minimum of $10.00 per person.

PRICING AND PROCEDURE

La Buena Paint Parties are a fun and creative experience for everyone involved. Here’s a summary of our pricing and procedure.

Bring your own Beverage and Snacks

Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks to enjoy during the event. This allows them to make themselves comfortable and indulge in their favorite treats. *This subject to change depending on venue.

Pricing

Canvas parties are priced per person, with a minimum requirement of ten participants. The duration of the party typically ranges from 1 to 3 hours. Private parties can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests, while studio parties have a maximum limit of 18 guests.

Reservation and Down Payment

To secure a private party, a down payment is required. This ensures that your desired date and time are exclusively reserved for your event. It is recommended to book as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot and allow your guests to plan accordingly.

Scheduling

If you have a specific date and time in mind for your private event but notice that there’s already a class scheduled on the calendar, you can contact the studio directly to inquire about availability. Despite the event shown on the calendar, they may have the flexibility to accommodate your request.

Viewing Class Schedules

You can check the painting class schedules on the studio’s online calendars. If you prefer to make your selection in person, you can visit any of their parties during a public class time, and the staff will be happy to assist you and provide necessary information.

Booking is quick and easy; it can be finished with one phone call/message or registering online

Once the party is booked and a down payment is made, the class will be posted online for your guests to register and pay virtually before the party

The rest of the balance minus the down payment must be paid for 48 hours before your event. Just let us know the number of attendees before the party so that we can prepare for them.

If less than 10 painters attend the event, the host’s credit card will be charged the painter’s balance to meet the requirement.

The party may also be paid for during the 15-minute setup time. Just let us know before the party your attendee count so we can set up for them. This count will be your new minimum and what you will be charged for.

OFFSITE PRIVATE /
PAINTING PARTIES

/ We’ll bring the party to you!

We can supply the tables and chairs for an extra cost, and we will bring all the painting supplies needed.
Offsite events can be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance! The painting party’s duration is approximately one and a half to two and a half hours, depending on the painting.
Our instructor will arrive early to set up and help with the painting cleanup.
You can choose the group painting design.

The cost of the paintings varies from $30 to $45 and includes all materials: canvas, paint, brushes, easels, etc.
There is a $50 non-refundable save-the-date and travel/set-up fee. This includes travel to anywhere in El Paso/Las Cruces. The fee covers transportation, set-up, art materials, tablecloths, paper towels, easels, and aprons etc.
